The equipment's exhaust system (usually a top exhaust pipe or an exhaust port with a fan) operates continuously, creating a negative pressure or airflow channel.
The water vapor generated by the heated evaporation of the raw material is promptly carried out of the mixing tank by the continuous exhaust airflow. By generating heat for evaporation while simultaneously exhausting and removing moisture, the moisture balance within the drum is broken, preventing water vapor from condensing back into the raw material and ensuring continuous drying.
3. Auxiliary Heating (Select Models): Enhances Drying Efficiency
For plastic materials with high moisture content or that are difficult to dry (such as PA and PC), some models are equipped with an additional heating device (such as an electric heating tube).
The heating device directly raises the air temperature within the drum, assisting in heating the raw material and accelerating moisture evaporation.
